Secure Property Management
with Cloud-Based Solutions
In response to the challenge of improving life for a community, we focused on property owners and their need for efficient property management. The goal was to simplify and enhance how they manage their assets. This led to the creation of Proven, a digital inventory app designed to streamline property organization and tracking. By leveraging cloud storage, the app enables users to access their property data anytime, anywhere, making management flexible and efficient.

Problem
Property owners often struggle with managing their property data effectively. Conventional methods like physical notebooks make it difficult to access information anytime, anywhere. This leads to increased effort in finding records and potential for data loss or inaccuracies. To address these challenges, we aimed to create a solution that simplifies and enhances how property owners manage their assets.
Solution
From our findings, we conceptualized a digital inventory app to help property owners efficiently manage their assets by centralizing property data, such as maintenance records. This addresses pain points like inefficient data management and challenges in accessing and sharing property details.
Conclusion
Through this project, I refined my UI/UX skills, from conducting user research to delivering a user-friendly prototype. This project deepened my understanding of designing for real user needs while enhancing my teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
